Are the images high-res?

Yes, we upscale all of our images to 3000×2000 pixels and 2000×3000 pixels for posters.

Shipping and Handling

We ship worldwide! Most items ship within 2-3 days. Shipping costs vary for each country.

Most items ship from the US if you’re based in North America. If you’re based in Europe or Asia, it will ship from the closest production facilities. Shipping times are typically 1-2 weeks. 

Returns and Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been printed yet.

 

The product is damaged. 

If the product is damaged, we can send you a replacement right away. Just contact us at support@abandonedfilms.com

 

I never received the product.

If you haven’t received the product, please double-check the tracking information. If it says delivered, please ask you neighbours. Once the tracking information says “delivered” we are no longer liable for any lost or missing items. If it is a digital download and you haven’t received anything please contact us at support@abandonedfilms.com
